Primary Homes introduces La Guardia Flats 2

The groundbreaking, held last March 29, was attended by PHI bigwigs William Christopher Liu - Chairman, Primary Group of Builders; Stephen Charles Liu - President, Primary Homes; Paulette Liu - VP for HR; Lilian Liu - VP for Finance; RameroEspina - Primary Homes VP for Sales and Marketing; and Joseph Edward Obando - Sales Manager.
