FLI Chill Out Night

CEBU, Philippines - Filinvest recently hosted a dinner party for brokers, agents, and sellers to celebrate the overwhelming success of the first building of Amalfi Oasis and to announce the launch of its second building.

Guests from the different sales networks arrive at Level 8 in their chic get ups to chill out with fellow sellers and their Filinvest family, led by Tristan Las Marias, First Vice President for Visayas and Mindanao.

True to its theme, the party has got what it takes for one to just relax and enjoy —sumptuous dinner buffet, live entertainment by the Renaissance Band playing the tune of Earth, Wind, & Fire and other cool music of the 80s, dancing, plus a panoramic view of the city from the 8th floor open air lounge of Adnama Bldg… and lots of beer!    

Top sellers for the month of September were awarded with Cash incentives and Certificates of Recognition, whereas the top broker network won a trip to Macau.

Cebu Investment Promotions Center Managing Director Joel Mari Yu also graced the occasion and delivered an inspiring message to the sellers on Cebu’s investment opportunities.

Filinvest at that night gave a refreshing respite for brokers and sellers from their usual constant daily rush.   As the saying goes, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.”

The event is also consistent to the lifestyle that people will eventually enjoy in Citta di Mare (Italian for “city by the sea”), a 50-hectare master planned development by Filinvest, 40 hectares of which is a joint venture with the Cebu City government, that will consist of residential condominium clusters and a piazza.   The remaining 10 hectares is allocated for the seaside lifestyle strip named Il Corso.
