Samsung's C9000 LED TV

CEBU, Philippines - Sometime in the 1920s, television was invented through a passionate collaboration of a number of highly innovative and pioneering persons dealing with various components and elements. It was first introduced to the amazement of the public at the l939 World’s Fair, the outbreak of World War II sadly prevented it from being manufactured on a large scale.

However, after the war years production started.  The initial sets had tiny screens, only inches in height and in width which were built into huge brown wooden cabinets that physically occupied a greater portion of the living room.

Recently Samsung, the world’s leading electronics company specializing in digital appliances and semiconductors, took a decisive and appreciative step further when it unveiled at Abaca Boutique Resort in Mactan, Cebu, the sleekest LED TV , the Samsung C9000.

The iconic C9000 series designed in silver, metal and black  is  ultra thin at 0.3 inch thick. The full-color touch screen with integrated Wi-fi allows you to watch and A/V sources right on the remote itself, separately from the source being viewed  on TV.

You can also browse multimedia, movies, music, photos and video from computers and DLNA connected devices  . Swipe the content in the general direction of your TV and immediately you will view it on the large screen. The new Led-TV also features 3D support which can be enjoyed with 3D content.

In order to make the C 9000 series even thinner, Samsung has moved some of the control electronics into the stand, which can be rearranged when the TV set needs to be wall mounted.
