-

CEBU, Philippines - Hate lining up for hours to pay the bills or getting important personal documents perhaps? SM City Cebu’s Business Services Center recently opened its doors to the public to minimize the hassle of doing errands such as securing certified true copies of personal documents, government contributions, bill payments, among others. They accept Social Security System contributions (self-employed or voluntary contributors); payments for PAG-IBIG housing loans; payments for credit cards such as Citibank, HSBC, BDO, Bankard, Standard Chartered, Allied Bank; payments for MCWD, Sky Cable, Smart, Globe, Sun Cellular, PLDT, Paramount Insurance, Memorial Park; contributions for Knights of Columbus membership. Its newest service is its partnership with the National Statistics Office (NSO) where one can be assured of it’s fuss-free service in acquiring certified true copies of Birth Certificate (P160 only), Marriage Certificate (P160), CENOMAR (P215) and Death Certificate (160) without braving the long line and paying the costly service fees. They operate through priority number system and assures of minimal time waiting than the usual.

The business center also sells prepaid landline/mobile cards with Foreign Exchange and BDO Money Remittance corners. SM Business Services is an extension of what they originally have at the second level of the SM Department Store. They’re open during mall hours even on weekends and holidays.? – Jen F.
