Korean Air's Christmas Luau

All roads led to Imperial Palace Waterpark Resort and Spa last December 19 when Korean Air prepared a beachside Hawaiian Christmas get-together for partners in the travel trade industry. Popular host, banker Michael Jo Go, made the night a-perking with his wit and humor even as impish Korean Air top honcho Paul Han delighted the guests with his irrepressible dancing antics. There is no holding back to this bon vivant!

Although we arrived a bit late, due to the holiday traffic jams everywhere, at all times, we were able to catch the talk of DOT Regional Director Patria Aurora “Dawnie” Roa who commended Korean Air as the only airlines that did not register any complaint from tourists in the ledgers of the Department of Tourism in the region. Director Roa praised the airline for its excellent service and amenities. Congratulations!

Soon, songs and dances were applauded – notable was the number from the Cebu Travel & Tours Association (CTTA) members who were so alluring in their “Nobody, Nobody But You” interpretation.

As promised by the dynamic emcee Mike, games galore ensued and participated by the fun-loving travel trade personalities. Prizes were all for the taking as generously prepared by Korean Air. Late into the night, the party went on as everyone had a merry, merry Christmas.
