Maya In Full Operation: Mexican Food At Its Finest

Since Maya’s soft opening last June 15, Cebuanos have been getting their fix of handmade tortilla shells made with 100 percent white corn masa as well as the largest selection of 100 percent pure agave tequilas in the country. It’s as authentic as any restaurant you’ll find in Mexico, and contrary to many misconceptions, it is easily affordable with food prices ranging from P145 - 495.

The full Maya experience is not only about excellent food but also equally superb service and ambiance, which was created with the help of artisans from both Mactan and Mexico, resulting in Spanish/ Mexican-inspired interiors that skillfully combine traditional artistry with modern aesthetics.

There are also the drinks, of course. Maya uses some of the finest house pours around, such as Bacardi, Jim Bean, Absolut, Johnny Walker, and Hornitos 100 percent Agave Tequila.
