Green living at Garden Bloom Villas

CEBU, Philippines – Primary Homes officially unveiled the model houses at Garden Bloom Villas last May 23. Located in Liloan, Cebu, Garden Bloom Villas is a sprawling four hectare property composed of four phases and with a total of 350 housing units.

The house models at Garden Bloom Villas are Daisy – one story rowhouse with a lot area of 40 square meters and floor area of 24 square meters, Lily – one story single detached house with a lot area of 80 square meters and floor area of 32 square meters, Cattleya – two story rowhouse with a lot area of 40 square meters and floor area of 40 square meters, and Tulip – two story single detached house with a lot area of 80 square meters and floor area of 56 square meters.

Primary Homes Assistant Sales Manager Ramero Espina said they consider Garden Bloom Villas a green community, adding that they will provide hedge plants to residents and will encourage planting in the property.

Garden Bloom boasts of mid market houses that are already semi-finished, making it more affordable. “The 80 houses in Phase 1 are already sold out and there are only a few units left in Phase 2. We will soon start selling units in Phase 3,” Espina said.

He added that they expect to start the turn over of housing units by mid next year, just in time for the completion of the Cebu North Road, which is still under construction. With the opening of the north road, Espina said that the travel time from Garden Bloom to the malls in the North Reclamation Area such as SM City Cebu and Parkmall, will just be 15 minutes.

Aside from the amenities that Primary Homes will provide, such as a guard house, multi-purpose hall and a basketball court, Espina added that Garden Bloom, like all other properties developed by Primary Homes, will also have wide roads that are six to eight meters wide.

“Aside from being a green community, surrounded by nature, we also take pride in the location of Garden Bloom. It is near the high way, beach resorts and even the church. We choose our communities well that’s why the value of our properties always go up,” he said.
