True Colors

CEBU, Philippines - The power of color is as strong as our emotions - it gives meaning to our visions in life, and is an inspiration to most of our moods and feelings. In fashion, color can make a designer’s collection stand out, as a forecast, a statement or just an expression to one’s character and persona.

Red is the color of love, as black is to mystery, or white for purity… a kaleidoscope of colors form the sweetest pastels, to the bejeweled hues, one can identify ones aura in style. Just like the song, True Colors, don’t be afraid to let it show, your true colors are beautiful.

In the recently launched L’Amore bridal and debutante fair at the Parkmall, StyleFirm and ADModels Homme et Femme , gathered a mix of Cebu’s fashion and style makers, as we introduced Love as the inspiration to the week-long celebration. And true to its form, designers unveiled to us their fashion color statements and interpreted each one via the Debutante Ball fashion show serenaded by the On The Cover band and Junnie Tampus.
