MANILA, Philippines - Loved for its distinct taste and aroma, Sunburst Fried Chicken opens its doors in the sleepless Mango Avenue. From its former home near the Capitol, Sunburst moved in One Mango with crispy, tender and juicy treats.
The biggest among its 13 branches, eight in Cebu and five branches in VisMin area, it has 300 square meters in floor area, with a lot to offer. The new place has two function rooms that can accommodate 150 persons. “Our function rooms are ideal for corporate meetings, and to cater for the need, we will be providing WiFi connection,” said owner and president Edwin Ortiz.
For P3,000 consumable, you can use the function rooms for two hours. Succeeding hours will be charged P300. The place is also great for parties like kiddie parties and the restaurant also provides party needs including clowns and party accessories. “We offer packages, combo meals, Sun snacks, and of course our specialty chicken, staying true to its slogan of being crispy, tender and juicy,” said managing partner Leonardo Q. Congmon.
What makes this place more special? Sunburst also shows its support for our local Cebuano artists. Hanging on the walls are eye-catching paintings for sale made by talented Cebuanos including Celso Pepito, Fe Madrid Pepito, Billy Pomida, Sonia Yrastorza, John Dinglasa, Pronnie De la Cerna and Jobril Villaver. With creative designs and beautiful paintings surrounding the place, your dining experience will surely be an inspiring one.
