Plantation Bay: Hosts Chaine des Rotisseurs Luau

Plantation Bay hosted the Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs-Cebu Chapter for a Hawaiian Luau by the beach, in an evening filled with camaraderie, Hawaiian dances and of course, delicious food.

Plantation Bay General Manager Efren Belarmino welcomed the Chaine-Cebu Chapter along with Executive Chef Vinz Karlsen, Banquet Manager Rocel Gonzaga and Food and Beverage Manager Michael Villegas.

The Chaine des Rotisseurs is an international society that is devoted to promoting fine dining and preserving the camaraderie and pleasures of the table. It was founded in Paris in 1950, and membership has grown to nearly 24,000 members in 70 countries.

Michel and Amparito Lhuillier are the bailli delegue of the Cebu chapter, which has a registry of 94 members.
