Of course, Hong Kong-based businessman-developer Carlos Yeung, wife Mariquita and only son Martin were there to welcome some 300 realtors and agents who brought prospective clients. Surprisingly, many signed contracts signifying their intent to buy beautiful middle-end houses and lots located in Agus, Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City.

The day after the Bayswater launch, Manila-based realtors Eddie and Rose Tautjo hosted dinner at the Madrid Room of Casino Español de Cebu to introduce to the Cebuanos “The Beacon,” its first tower located in the heart of Makati City.
