“Moms on the Ramp” at SM

Who says only professional models can do the catwalk? Moms, too, can very well strut their stuff on the ramp!

As a tribute to fashionable moms, the SM City Cebu Northwing held last May 10 a fashion show dubbed “Moms on the Ramp.” The show featured the latest apparel from the different SM Northwing tenants modeled by eight fashionable and stylish mothers along with their sons and daughters.

The mothers who braved the catwalk were Mae Villarin with daughter Chinatsu; Jing Angan with son Isaiah Kobee; Himaya “Aya” Garcia-Schlachter with daughter Ana; Kristin Lerin with son Lance; Myrla Lim with daughter Bianca; Charrie Songalia with daughter Renee; Genevieve Velasquez with daughter Arantxa; and Susan Osmeña-Solon with daughter Layla.

Eight young models from Models Association of Cebu (MAC) also joined the fashion show dressed in clothes from Adina (Plus-Sized Fashion), Bayo, Bysi, Just G, Karimadon, Promod, Space, Salabianca, Xquisite and Chocolate Clothing Company. The kids wore apparels from Gingersnap.
