A taste of Indonesia at Uno

New goodies at Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino’s UNO are the result of the culinary prowess of new German Executive Chef Joerg Walter and the latest addition to Waterfront’s all-star culinary team, Indonesian Sous Chef Eko Zulfikar. New colors, new spices and new flavors now abound at the lunch and dinner buffet of the hotel’s coffeeshop. International cuisine is limitless at UNO this April with a highlight on Chef Eko’s specialty Indonesian dishes.

A native of Jakarta, Chef Eko’s exposure to international cuisine through his stints in Dubai, Shanghai, Kuwait, Yemen and the Caribbean Island of St. Lucia, have taught him to passionately infuse his dishes with flavor, ensuring that every bite is rich and zesty. A Taste of Indonesia offers Indonesian favorites Nasi Goreng, satays, stews, and sambal-made dishes on top of international buffet staples like sushi, pasta, salads and noodle soups.

A Taste of Indonesia is available for lunch and dinner every Saturday of April at PHP 550.00 nett per person.

Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling (32) 232-6888 local 8605. Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino is located at Salinas Drive, Lahug.
