Deca Homes Prime Mandaue Launching
Last February 10 marked the momentous ribbon-cutting and ground breaking of 8990 Housing Development Corporation (HDC)’s Deca Homes Prime Mandaue, formally unveiling about nine hectares of land area fit for 912 units, strategically located in Jagobiao, Mandaue. The ceremonies were led by the energetic Mandaue City Mayor Jonas Cortes and the dynamic Vice Mayor Carlo Fortuna, as well as Jagobiao Barangay Captain Ma. Editha Montesa.
Since November last year, over 150 units of Deca Homes Prime Mandaue have been reserved, as of print time, and the market continues to respond well to the affordable, value-for-money houses. Housing construction shall commence by the second quarter of this year. Offering a playground, basketball court, secure perimeter fence, multi-purpose area, and perhaps a chapel all in the hearth of a well-planned, accessible community, Deca Homes Prime Mandaue is the ideal residence for families.

Hon. Carlo Fortuna emphasized a pro-environment stance with the corporation, and urged the housing corporation to take all necessary precautions for an environment-friendly plan. President of 8990 HDC, JJ B. Atencio, assured the Vice Mayor that indeed plans are also pro-environment, as a water-water treatment facility, greening projects, and a plant to neutralize carbon-emission are on the board.
In the closing remarks, corporation MIS Manager Antonio “Tony” Balleras thanked the local government and barangay captains for their participation and support in gracing the occasion, thanked Pag-ibig as a partner in making the housing dream possible for countless Filipinos and of course, thanked the Lord for blessing the event with promise and success.
