Haute Cuisine for the Chinese New Year

The much-celebrated Chinese New Year has reverberated into the streets and squares of the world. For most of us who are greatly influenced in Chinese heritage and customs, we simply can’t ignore the festivities around town. For one, we dress our homes to set the mood…and not only that, of course, Chinese fare is not the least to be considered.

The metropolis is home to a great number of dining destinations that have perfected the craft of Chinese cookery. This cuisine is said to be one of the popular in Asia, specifically in the country. When we speak of Chinese dishes, Cantonese style is considered as China’s haute cuisine – considering a great combination of spices and fine ingredients. Not only that, they serve it fresh and hot!
