Step into Wellness at Marco Polo Plaza

Marco Polo Plaza’s Wellness Zone invites you to step closer to nirvana. Blissfully relaxing massages and invigorating skin treatments knead your stress away, as professionally-trained spa therapists assure you courteous, competent service. Aromatic scents greet you at the Spa’s receiving area. The six spa room interiors are sleek and simple, but what wows guests is the quality of the products being used. The Wellness Zone Spa uses biological health and beauty products from Biodroga, a varied product line from Switzerland. The results are stunning.

I availed of the Ultimate Relief package and true to its name, it is the ultimate therapy for the stressed and unkempt. The treatment lasted for about 4 hours, but it was well worth the time. The Dead Sea Salt Scrub left my skin supple and glowing – just the right results I expect from a body scrub. The Body Massage used a lovely lavender scent, which is traditionally believed to be soothing. The Dead Sea Mud Wrap literally mummified me, but I loved the incredible smoothness of my skin afterwards. The package concluded with my favorite part: the Oxygen Facial. The therapist lathered several creams, starting with cleansing oil down to a firming mask and when I stepped out of the spa room, I caught my reflection in the mirror and saw my complexion was radiant like that of a movie star – testimony to my near-nirvana bliss indeed.

The Wellness Zone also has a fully-equipped gym. David’s Salon and Toys at Work (a play center for the children, while adults have their treatments), are also soon to open in the basement level, perfectly complementing the Wellness Zone services.
