Psalmstre’s secret ingredient known
Psalmstre Enterprises, Inc., a skin whitening products manufacturer, is launching a new product line of reformulated products developed by German Natural Medicine Doctor, Dr. Dietmar J. Rummel, with a promise of continually giving women a sophisticated look they envisioned themselves to have.
Upclose with Rummel
Over lunch, Rummel emphasized on the importance of using a biological placenta which is plant-derived since it works better on the skin than the animal placenta. They utilized the bark of a Mexican tree for their soaps. He also underscored that good ingredient like the virgin coconut oil (VCO) is a better skin regimen. Psalmstre refuses to use animal placenta for there’s a possibility that the animal might carry a disease that may be harmful to the human skin.
Rummel is Psalmstre’s R&D consultant with a background on cosmetic dermatology, phytotherapy (herbal medicine), pain-management (rheumatology, myofascial pain, migraine and headaches), and medical oxygen & ozone therapy. He is an author of different books on cosmetic science and herbal medicine – Cosmetics Uses of Philippine Medicinal Herbs (published in 1998, National Bookstore), Economic Success with Philippine Plants & Crops (for publication), Useful Plants in the Philippines – A Scientific Guide to Modern Botanical Medicine – Phytopharmacology – Phytothraphy – Economic Botany, Volumes I, II & III (Volume I was published in September 3, 2005 while Volumes II & III still have to be published.), The Botanical Beauty Book – Compendium of Cosmetic Uses (published September 3, 2005), and Desk Book of Herbal for Primary Health Care (to be published). His books are sold in C&E Bookstore.
With such an impressive background, he is not only fitting but also reliable in improving the formula of Psalmstre’s products, thus the reformulated anti-aging soaps. Psalmstre also emphasized that aside from acquiring an expert on skin care, they have also invested on new technology and have developed aggressive marketing schemes.
According to
“Everybody wants to look good even if the budget is small. Bire costs P18,000 per kilo. Moreover, we used a pigment technology to process this which makes it expensive, but we made sure we offer Filipinos a budget-prized first class skin care treatment,” Rummel underscored, adding that Psalmstre continues to develop and is improving their products that are absolutely their contributions in the world of skin pampering using German technology.
They also offer a product line for teenagers – Olive C with Lovi Poe as the endorser. This line has three products – the facial toner, day and night lotion. With Rummel manning the R&D side of the company, Psalmstre was able to produce the new anti-pimple product line that includes anti-pimple soaps, astringent and lotion for a younger and naturally beautiful skin.
Rummel has high hopes for New Placenta, putting emphasis on its export quality and affordability. In the next months, Psalmstre will be introducing shampoo, conditioner, and hair glower (based on Ayurvedic medicine – an Indian style of health care).
The new formulations come with the new packaging with a placenta seal to differentiate it from the old one and the fake ones. Psalmstre beauty products are available in leading beauty stores and select supermarkets.
