St. Theresa's College (STC) Alumnae Association hosts a yearly homecoming that becomes as an occasion for graduates to "come home" and be reunited with former classmates.
This year's golden Jubilarians belonged to high school class '66. The girls packed activities into five consecutive days, a program that had them recalling the good old days in school. It was an occasion as well for updating one another with their after-graduation lives. The opening salvo for their activities was a get-together hosted by the Cebu-based alumnae held at the residence of Shirley Ybañez Alinsonorin. There was dinner with loads of laughter and "remember when" with music from a quartet led by Prof. Robert del Rosario. The girls took the dance floor and showed off their still limber forms. The following day, they had a choice of going to Bohol on a guided tour, or to Oslob to the seaside home of Josefina Rodriguez Sablad. They grouped again for an outing at the Maribago Bluewater Beach Resort, hosted by the US-based members of the class. The Manila girls hosted a recollection and dinner at Virginia Yusingco's Beverly Hills home the day before the grand homecoming at St. Theresa's College.
