KISMET... A wedding affair
June 24, 2005 | 12:00am
From the Arabic word that pertains to faith and destiny, KISMET was a gathering of some of the newest wedding suppliers in Cebu. From wedding coordinators, flower shops, cakes, and photography, to wedding music, honeymoon destinations and even catering services, the 5-day bridal event happened in JY Square Discovery Mall last week. IN VISION Designs and Promotions headed by three young event organizers Ryjil Uy, Peachy Lie Reoma and Cassandra Martinez conceptualized the whole affair.
The event also unveiled the bridal concoctions of Cebu's top designers from Clothes For Life Foundation who generously spent time creating their signature bridal gowns for the exhibit and fashion show worn by the prettiest faces and models we have today. Beauty queens Melanie Ediza - Bb. Pilipinas, Natalie Tarin - Ms. Philippines and Karla Bautista - Ms. World finalist looked stunningly beautiful as they gave would-be brides a glimpse of how beauty should walk down the aisle.
