Margot Robbie helps feed kids in Cebu
CEBU, Philippines – A Hollywood beauty was just in Cebu for some charity work, according to a report on ABS-CBNnews.com.
Australian actress Margot Robbie, who will star in the upcoming “Suicide Squad” film as the maniacal villain Harley Quinn, recently took some time off for a trip to the Philippines.
The 25-year-old Robbie volunteered for the Rise Above Foundation Cebu, an organization dedicated to improve the quality of life for the poor and underprivileged to help prepare food for 400 Cebu kids.
On her Facebook account on Monday, Elizabet Hansen, one of the founders of Rise Above Foundation Cebu, posted photos of Robbie and other volunteers cooking and serving porridge to the kids.
Robbie, meanwhile, implored her 1.3 million followers on Instagram to do the same whenever they visit the country or simply donate to the charity organization.
The blonde star, who will also portray Jane in the 2016 “Tarzan” film, recently made headlines after she posted a clip on her Instagram account of her enjoying the waters in Bohol.
Robbie’s other film credits include “The Wolf of Wall Street,” “Z for Zachariah,” “Focus,” and “About Time.”
