Fans worry about Alden’s health
Alden Richards finally returned to Eat Bulaga, ending a more than a week of absence, to enable him to fulfill other commitments like out-of-town gigs and a trip to Japan together with Ai Ai delas Alas for a GMA Pinoy TV show.
Before his return to EB yesterday (which also happened to be the 13th weeksary of the AlDub tandem), his fans had been bombarding Facebook with their posts, saying they miss the Pambansang Bae for he has been gone for quite some time.
Alden had been very busy with various engagements that were booked for him by GMA Artist Center prior to him being taken by Eat Bulaga as guest co-host. His schedule has been so hectic that at times he has to absent himself from the number one noontime show to attend to his other commitments. Last Tuesday, Alden was shooting for a new version of a commercial that he did for a fastfood chain.
But as the saying goes, strike while the iron is hot and Alden is just making the most of every opportunity. It took a while before his career took off but the actor might be spreading himself too thin. He should be mindful of his health. According to those who have seen him lately (the last time we saw him was at the presscon of “Sunday Pinasaya”), he has lost some weight and looks haggard. His fans are worried that because of his many commitments, Alden is neglecting his health and they fear he might get sick. His fans say he should not sacrifice his well-being.

Aside from Eat Bulaga and out-of-town shows, Alden is also busy with the shoot for Vic Sotto and Ai Ai’s filmfest movie, wherein he is featured together with Maine Mendoza aka Yaya Dub.
Speaking of Maine, she is in the list of the top heavyweights in Twitter. With her in the elite circle are Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Ellen Degeneres and Jimmy Fallon. It’s a big deal for Yaya Dub to be included in the list as it shows how fast the growth of her fan following is in the Twitter world.
While she had been doing dubsmash before she was taken in by Eat Bulaga, Maine’s popularity (and that of Alden) soared when they were paired in the Kalye Serye.
While browsing Facebook, we came across a post of a mother thanking Maine because she took time out to grant the request of her little girl to attend her birthday party. The mother knows it was next to impossible to have Yaya Dub attend her child’s birthday party but the mom just posted a request on FB, hoping that the TV sweetheart gets to read it and who knows, find time to drop by.
The mom saw a letter of her daughter that her wish is for Yaya Dub to attend her party since her dad (who is an OFW) cannot come to share the happy occasion. So the little girl wished that Yaya Dub will be her guest in the party.
A mother would do anything to make her child happy. So the mom sent a letter to Maine and to her surprise, Yaya Dub granted her wish. The pictures showed how happy the little girl was with Yaya Dub’s presence.
