Ms. Olive-C 2015 starts reign with a bang
CEBU, Philippines – Two months after she was crowned, Cebuana beauty queen Princess Jayme slowly became used to her routine as the reigning Ms. Olive-C Campus Model Philippines. The Cebu Normal University stunner admitted that it took her some time to finally realize that her life has changed a bit now.
“I have slowly become used to my new role. As the new Olive-C ambassadress, I have to juggle my studies and my commitment as the new image model and endorser of Olive-C. I have to fly to Manila every now and then if I have TV guestings, photo shoots, mall tours, or event appearances. These responsibilities have made me more mature and helped me master the technique of managing time effectively,” shared Princess.
After her contract signing with Creworks Asia, the talent management arm of Olive-C, Princess started her reign with a mall tour to promote the product. She also guested in The Master Showman’s “Walang Tulugan” and was interviewed by celebrity maker German “Kuya Germs” Moreno.
“We have many things in line for Princess as part of her one-year contract for Olive-C. Psalmstre sees to it that our grand winners will have something to do or work at after the coronation. It is in this way that they can attain the purpose of their victory,” explained Jim Acosta, the big boss of the five-year old pageant.
Princess is the second Cebuana to win the title after Muriel Orais brought home the same crown during the pageant’s first edition in 2011.
In Cebu, Princess is set to do campus tours not only to promote Olive-C but also, more importantly, to share her tips on time management.
On July 31, she will grace the acquaintance party of the University of Maritime Education and Training Center as a judge for the OPM Singing Champion contest. She will be joined by Ms. Olive-C first runner-up Norecel Ybanez of the Cebu Institute of Technology -University.
Students from other schools who are interested to join the snow-themed disco party may contact the Council of Maritime Leaders for the tickets at 0929-4736948 or 0933-0540577. Tickets are priced at P100.
