Titser finale tomorrow night

CEBU, Philippines - Young heroine Michelle Maturan – played by Lovi Poe —  has travelled a long and difficult journey from high school girl to domestic helper to college scholar to working student to substitute teacher throughout the run of GMA News TV’s “Titser” series.

For the grand finale, Michelle attempts to fulfill her biggest dream.

She and her best friend Rosa — now a successful entrepreneur played by Mara Lopez — decide to put up an elementary school in the mountains, so the next generation of San Simeon barrio children will no longer have to cross rivers and walk for miles to get to school. 

But many obstacles are in the path of this school.  Michelle is blocked by barrio parents who do not believe in her vision for their children’s schooling. Then former employer, Mrs. Reyes, stakes a claim on the land upon which the new school is built.

Will Michelle succeed in becoming a full-fledged teacher and school administrator? Who will she finally choose to share her life with — the journalist Kurt, played by Mikael Daez, or Mayor Joseph Santiago, played by Rocco Nacino?
