Kapuso artist Christian Bautista visits child musicians in Bohol

The Freeman

CEBU, Philippines - Christian Bautista, now an official Kapuso artist, visits Bohol to surprise the child musicians there in today’s episode of Wish Ko Lang!

The balladeer goes to the land of the Chocolate Hills to personally meet the Loboc Youth Ambassadors Band, which was formed in 2007 to teach poor children how to play instruments and become skilled musicians. The band boasts of world class talents as they were once invited to perform abroad. Through the years, the band grows with more members proving that it really does its job in helping the children. As a musician himself, Christian witnesses the children perform and gets to know them more.

Also on feature this Saturday is the story of Glenda whose determination to help her poor family inspired her to work and study hard. Glenda left Cotobato and went to Manila not just to work as a helper but to save for her studies as well. Now, after years of working and studying, her hard work is now paying off as she is to graduate from the vocational course she enrolled in. Now, all she wishes for is for her parents to see her and share this momentous event with her. Will her parents to be able to witness their Glenda graduate when they just sold a carabao to pay for her graduation fees?

Do not miss Wish Ko Lang! airing after Alisto! at 4:45pm on GMA-7.  (FREEMAN)
