Lucy approves Richard-Dawn kissing scenes in 'Walang hanggan'
CEBU, Philippines - Congresswoman Lucy Torres-Gomez reveals that she is one of the many avid viewers not only of ABS-CBN’s most watched TV program, “Walang Hanggan” but also of the timeless tandem of her husband Richard Gomez and Dawn Zulueta.
“It’s really romantic how they did their last film as a love team 20 years ago, and until now Richard’s onscreen chemistry with Dawn is still strong. It’s palpable, and it’s just wonderful,” Lucy said.
Lucy cleared that she is not jealous over the intimate scenes between Richard and his ex-girlfriend Dawn. She stressed, “I never faulted him for being in a business that allows him to kiss other women. For me, it’s just work.”
Meanwhile, the story of “Walang Hanggan” intensifies even more now that Marco (Richard) and Emily (Dawn) are slowly rekindling their closeness. How will Marco’s life change after his wife Jane (Rita Avila) dies from the much-talked about plane crash? Will he be more driven to win back Emily’s heart? Or will his romantic pursuits be preempted by the accusation that Emily was the mastermind of Jane’s death?

The Mermaid wants to fly
“Aryana” lead star Ella Cruz admits that she is a bit pressured with the public’s expectations of her being a good role model to her young fans.
But instead of being discouraged, ABS-CBN’s newest primetime princess takes in the pressure positively to be more determined to do her best for their show’s loyal followers. “I really want to be an inspiration to every generation, especially to little kids who have big dreams like mine. I want them to realize that they can also make their dreams happen,” said Ella.
Ella, who is an incoming 4th year high school student, also hopes that through “Aryana” she can motivate her fans to focus and at the same time enjoy their school days. “Hopefully they will be inspired to excel in their studies and at the same time be active in their chosen extra-curricular activities like Aryana’s character,” she shared.
Amid her newfound fame, Ella knows that the glitz and glamour of showbiz is not forever. And just like her fellow tweens, the “Aryana” star also has her dream job and that is to fly. She confessed, “I want to become a flight attendant. I want to travel and explore the different parts of the world.”
Meanwhile, the blooming love teams of “Aryana”—Aryana and Marlon (Paul Salas); and Megan (Michelle Vito) and Hubert (Dom Roque)—have also quickly won the hearts of the primetime viewers especially the youth. Can Marlon still win back Aryana’s attention now that she is stuck with the campus heartthrob Hubert? Will Megan hate her half-sister even more when she realizes that the guy that she likes is interested with Aryana?
