Summer cooking caravan with Chef Tristan

CEBU, Philippines - The son of the famous celebrity hairdresser Jun Encarnacion, Chef Tristan will take SM City Cebu’s centerstage as he joins Moulinex Summer Cooking Caravan come May 12.

Also known as celebrity chef, Chef Tristan graduated from the Center for Culinary Arts Manila (CCA), worked in Florida and briefly managed Bambouche Bistro, a restaurant he opened in Quezon City; "Unang Hirit's" resident chef and has his own cookware line with international cookware brand Sunnex.

Chef Tristan got his big break when he launched his cookware line under Sunnex named Tristan's Chef's Classics and does cooking demos for the brand around town.

Moulinex wants to give avenues for mothers to learn new techniques and practical tips in preparing their dishes. Moulinex Summer Cooking Caravan will expose new, inventive and revitalizing dishes before a crowd who can and wants to cook.
