CEBU, Philippines - The country’s music industry has been stirred by a refreshing batch of talented artists – Kerwin Caballero, Toff Guela and Visam Arenas – collectively known as VFort.
The group, formed primarily to revive the boyband era, aims to boost the local music scene with their heartwarming collection of all-original songs. Their debut album, The Love Band Project, is set to be launched at the band’s first concert on April 21, 2012 at the Metro Bar in West Avenue, Quezon City.
VFort, which stands for Voice Fort, has successfully united three different personalities into one – all because of the three’s passion for music. Selected from the “100 Bachelors” event of Vivre Fort Entertainment held in 2010, Kerwin, Toff and Visam weren’t chosen by chance. The three stood out among all those who can sing.
“It’s not just about being able to sing. It’s about being able to send the message of their songs to the audience,” says Gio Bulanadi, Vivre Fort Entertainment President.
Prinsesa, The Love Band Project’s carrier single, has captured the hearts of music lovers ever since it hit the airwaves in late March. With the Prinsesa’s official music video getting good spots via MYX and uploaded in YouTube, Prinsesa is out to become a dominant multi-media thing as well.
VFort is managed by Viva Artists Agency and Vivre Fort Entertainment, Inc.
