Julie Anne San Jose: From The Heart

CEBU, Philippines - Julie Anne San Jose, known as "The Ultimate Musical Princess" will be having a concert here in Cebu on February 18 at St. Theresa’s College Auditorium entitled, Julie Anne San Jose : From the Heart ".

Julie Anne San Jose was a Little Miss Philippines runner-up in Eat Bulaga who is now in her solo career as a fast-rising star in the showbiz industry.

In 2011, she had a cameo role in the movie "Tween Academy: Class of 2012" and also she was part of the cast of GMA 7’s " Andres de Saya" as Lizzy and in "Daldalita" as Marga. She already did her first solo concert which was entitled "Spread the Love, Live " in Manila. Just last September 2011, she had a concert at Music Museum with her friends Frencheska Farr and Jonalyn Viray entitled "Beyond Limits". She was personally chosen by singer David Archuleta as the front act for his concert in Manila.

She's paired with Elmo Magalona, the son of the late Master Rapper Francis M; their tandem is dubbed as "Julielmo". They are seen performing together in Party Pilipinas variety show in GMA 7 every Sunday. They also did a theatrical act entitled "Elmo and Julie Anne: A Wazak Love Story", a rap musical which starred the story of William Shakespeare’s "Romeo and Juliet ".

Julie Anne also casted in the musical entitled "Blue Jeans D2 Napow Musical" with singer Jay Perillo. Both were directed by Direk Rico Gutierrez in Party Pilipinas.

She was awarded by the Guillermo Mendoza Foundation as The Most Promising Love team with Elmo Magalona and she was also awarded the Best Teen Female Performer by the 24th Aliw Awards. She is in the Top 2 spot of the Top Ten Women to Watch in Year 2012.
