CEBU, Philippines - Due to the burgeoning public demand, talented child-actress Jillian Ward has finally earned her superpowers in Captain Barbell.

Once again, the world has been saved by the powerful Liga ng Kalayaan as they join forces to stop a meteor from hitting the earth.

Unfortunately, Captain Barbell’s (Richard Gutierrez) cape fell, which causes his death as well as the members of his team.

Everyone, especially Althea (Lovi Poe) and Lelay (Jillian Ward), grieves over the tragic fate of Captain Barbell. The world now faces the evil without its shield, and each one is haunted about what the wicked world may bring them.

Meanwhile, a new tiny but powerful superhero will try to save the world. She is no other than... Super Tiny (Jillian Ward)!

Behind Super Tiny’s true identity is Lelay, the adopted daughter of Teng. With the help of General Armando (Eddie Gutierrez), Lelay learns to use her superpowers to help the people in need. Not to be missing in the scene is her Lola Lita (Ces Quesada) who enjoys all the benefits that she gets from Lelay.

Super Tiny immediately faces a challenge. A manananggal is set to spread horror to the townspeople. Will Lelay defeat the frightening creature and save them?
