FALLING FOR SECONDHAND SERENADE

Some 2,000 shoppers showed up as Secondhand Serenade took the stage last March 30 at Ayala Center Cebu’s The Terraces. The second and third level terraces were also packed with onlookers who wanted to catch a glimpse of the international music performer.

And when finally the face of Secondhand Serenade, John Vesely, stepped onto the stage with his guitar, Cebuanos went wild! Song after song, the fans sang along to Secondhand Serenade’s hits. After a solid one-hour performance, John left the stage to end the show, only to come back a few minutes later for an encore. John Vesely sang his chart-topping hit, “Fall for You,” perfectly ending the show. 

As an added treat, shoppers with meet and greet stubs were able to have their picture taken with Secondhand Serenade. Those who bought the second album “A Twist in My Story” also got to have their CDs signed by John Vesely himself. 

The highlight of the Graduation Sale held from March 27-31, 2009, Secondhand Serenade delighted Cebuano fans and shoppers alike.
