February 8 marks the beginning of one of the biggest game shows to invade Philippine and Asian television. From the producers of “Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader” comes the ultimate dad-and-kid bonding that will sure knock the socks off your prime-time viewing experience – “My Dad Is Better Than Your Dad”!
Hosted by multi-talented actor Paolo Contis, dads and their respective 8 to 10-year-old sons or daughters will team up and face other duos in obstacle courses and mental matches that will test the strength of their paternal bonds.
Each episode consists of rounds where four pairs will go head-to-head in tough and engaging games sure to fire up your evenings.
In “Ang Daddy Kong Fast,” dads and their kids will have to fulfill various obstacle courses while beating the clock. “Ang Daddy Kong Strong” will stretch Dad’s muscles in games of brute but calculated force for the highest points and greatest bragging rights. Brains will then prove to be greater than brawns in “Ang Daddy Kong Smart,” and cheered on by his kid, Dad’s courage will be put to the test as he goes through the gooey and sometimes hair-raising round of “Ang Daddy Kong Brave.”
The pair who has managed to go through all four rounds will then proceed to “Ang Daddy Kong D Best,” the jackpot round where the most determined tandem will be given the chance to win P100,000.00 every week.
So mark the date as GMA Network brings you the biggest family fun-filled game show to hit your screens. “My Dad Is Better Than Your Dad” will pilot on February 8, replacing “Family Feud: Celebrity Edition.”
