Judge signs off on Lindsay Lohan’s progress

At a status hearing Tuesday, legal eagle Blair Berk told L.A. Superior Court Judge H. Chester Horn Jr. that her client was “completely on track with everything” concerning her plea deal last year on five misdemeanor counts.
Lohan was sentenced last August to 3 years’ probation and ordered to perform 10 days of community service, complete drug treatment and attend an 18-month alcohol-education program after pleading guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to two counts of driving with a blood-alcohol level over 0.08 percent and a single count of reckless driving.
She also spent an unmemorable 84 minutes in jail out of a mandated 24 hours.
The deal allowed Lohan to avoid more quality time behind bars as punishment for her twin DUI busts last year, the first of which prompted the coke charges.
