Sid Lucero injures legs in stunt accident
Sid Lucero met an accident on the set of the superserye Kung Fu Kids in Banahaw last week.
In one fight scene for the TV series, wherein he plays the Kung Fu master Krung Krung, Sid had wrongly positioned himself so much so a stuntman landed on his legs.
The taping had to stop, with Sid rushed to the hospital. As of presstime, Sid is wearing a leg immobiliser and is still recuperating. He is also scheduled to undergo an MRI to find about the true condition of his legs.
According to one production staff member, Sid can already return to the taping but is not allowed to execute the stunts himself. The staff said that Sid aside from being a good actor, is also very professional that he insisted on not using a double for his stunts and never complains despite difficulties.
