Meet Tomorrow's Singing Superstars Today!

An exciting and explosive showdown of style and talent between today's newest and youngest singing sensations beckons. RITA, POCHOLO, ENZO, VANESSA and JULIE ANNE-or collectively known as the Five Grand Contenders of QTV's POP STAR KIDS-will definitely rock your world!

In a recent interview, each future singing superstar-already oozing with star quality and commanding stage presence-shares a thing or two on their Pop Star experience.

Everyone will surely be charmed by Rita Daniela Iringan-a self-confessed "kikay" whose unforgettable rendition of the Julia Fordham original "Love Moves In Mysterious Ways" gave her the ticket to the grand finals. Her reasons for joining PSK: "Kaya po ako sumali sa Pop Star Kids dahil gusto kong maranasan ang showbiz at para makita ko ang mga idol ko na sina ate Kyla at ate Regine."

The equally charismatic Pocholo Bismonte is not to be outdone. Aside from hitting the high notes of his piece with ease, he could groove on the dance floor with contagious energy as well! Looking back on his most challenging experience on PSK, Pocholo's humble reply was, "Most challenging experience ko po sa Pop Star, nung narinig ko pong kumanta yung challenger ko nun. Naisip ko na malaking challenge po yun kaya kailangan kong galingan."

Meanwhile, PSK followers will surely be all ears once Renzo Ramil Almario from Sta. Rosa Laguna takes his spot on the spotlight. The 10-year-old charmer has endeared himself to the audience especially with his version of "My Love Will Always" delivered with his signature smile that only seemed to heighten his incredible stage presence and lovable aura. And his biggest advantage-"Ang meron lang po ako na wala ang mga kalaban ko, marunong din po akong kumanta ng rock, ballads at bumirit po."

The dusky Vanessa Blanca Rangadhol will make heads turn anew and will probably keep listeners glued to their seats with her fresh take on each song she performs. This was evident in her version of "Because of You." Aside from her standout voice, she is also an outstanding student in Rex Dei Academy wherein she emerged top one in her class. "Ang ultimate dream ko po as a Pop Star Kid ay yung magkaroon ng maraming albums, movies at magkaroon ng maraming fans," she adds.

Completing the PSK Five Grand Contender is Julie Anne San Jose, who answers best to being "a beautiful voice that comes with a pretty face." Aside from singing, this young belter also plays the guitar, piano and drums! Truly, a multi-talented find that perfectly fits the PSK grand quintet! Her inspiration? "Ang inspirasyon ko po ay ang pamilya ko kasi sila po yung walang sawang sumusuporta sa akin."
