Karel Marquez is Breakfast's guest host this week

One of today's cutest teen icons, Karel Marquez, sits at the guest host hot seat on this week's edition of Studio 23's Breakfast. Karel will be joining Breakfast barkada regulars JC Cudrado, Patty Laurel and Atom Araullo from Monday, August 28, to Thursday, August 31.

Karel joins in a very exciting week for Breakfast as her very first day involves Breakfast's annual lead-in show to 23's live broadcast of the Emmy Awards. What's at stake as Conan O'Brien takes the podium to crown TV's finest of 2006? And what will the Breakfast barkada have to say about this year's nominations - and who the deserving winners will be - on Breakfast's Fearless Forecast?

Karel Marquez is one of Tinseltown's most accomplished young stars - at the tender age of 19, she is already a top actress, singer, VJ and commercial model. To date, she's been seen on several shows, starting with her acting debut on ABS-CBN's Berks, and followed by appearances on Seasons of Love and Studio 23's Wazzup Wazzup as one of the show's first Tadjocks. She can currently be seen weekly on ASAP.
