CEBU, Philippines — Aboitiz Construction has announced the completion of five warehouses for FAST Logistics Group in Brgy. Tayud, Consolacion, Cebu.

Spanning a total floor area of 17,315 square meters, the project was finished in under a year, demonstrating the company’s expertise in efficient and innovative construction solutions.

The facility comprises five ambient warehouses and ancillary buildings, constructed in two phases using Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel materials and a steel formwork system.

The project generated employment for approximately 300 workers, 80 percent of whom were sourced locally from Cebu, significantly contributing to the region’s economic growth and community development.

Aboitiz Construction also recorded over 800,000 safe man-hours, highlighting its unwavering commitment to safety and quality standards.

The warehouse complex was completed in collaboration with MVC Development Corporation and project management consultant Hearn & Hearn Consulting. It serves as a key component of FAST Logistics Group’s expansion strategy.

As one of the Philippines’ logistics and distribution providers, FAST Logistics is scaling its operations to meet growing market demands.
