CEBU, Philippines — Capitalizing on Toledo City and Cebu’s promising economic growth, residential developer Primary Homes Inc. (PrimaryHomes) opened up its second gated community project called Royal Palms Toledo.
PrimaryHomes recently held the formal opening of the subdivision’s model units to give the market a glimpse of its newest house-and-lot offering.
Royal Palms Toledo is the second project built by PrimaryHomes within the expansive 11-hectare property owned by the company in Toledo City, following the successful launch of Richwood Homes Toledo in October 2023.
According to PrimaryHomes vice president for sales and marketing Ramero Espina, the company is expected to invest an estimated P300 million in this new development.

The recently held grand event, graced by esteemed personalities including PrimaryHomes executives led by Espina, and Toledo City Mayor Marjorie “Joie” Perales, marked the dawn of a new era of living in Toledo city.
