Membership store slashes prices of health essentials

CEBU, Philippines —  In its bid to contribute positive impact to the health crisis, Landers Superstore announced giving off discounts of essential products, amid community quarantine rule.

“Landers Superstore is one with the nation in dealing with the COVID-19 crisis sweeping our country today. In this regard, we have already started discounting the prices of emergency needs like disinfectants and fuel,” said Francis Reyes, Landers Group Chief Finance Officer.

The superstore also distributed food packs to healthcare workers with the help of the Philippine Army.

“Landers together with 8990 Holdings, Kuya J, Popeyes, Grand Convention Center and SeventySeven Living Spaces Inc. will continue to distribute more meals and support for our healthcare workers in hospitals,” he added.

In the coming days, Landers will also discount majority of its products so as to lessen the financial impact to consumer- families.

“Rest assured that we are always here to help not just our members but everyone in our communities. Together, we can overcome,” he vowed.

Landers, is the second membership superstore in Cebu. It is operating in a  8,000 square meter shopping floor, located at 23 Minore Park along Cardinal Rosales Avenue corner Pope John Paul II Avenue.

It also features dining choices which include a café named Doppio, a bakery called Dough & Co., and a diner named after a train station, Landers Central.
