Bibendum Wines reopens

The Freeman

CEBU, Philippines - Cebu’s go-to wine shop, Bibendum Wines reopens at their old location right beside Café Georg, at the ground floor of MLD Building in Banilad.

While Bibendum Wines will maintain their current location in Streetscape and continue to supply wines at Tinder Box, they are reopening the doors to their first store location in MLD Building to cater to wine lovers in the area.

The newly reopened branch will make Bibendum’s extensive assortment of wines even more accessible to Cebuanos because of its ample parking space. With a wide range of everything from affordable to premium wines coming from countries all over the world including France, USA, Chile, Argentina, Spain, Australia, and South Africa to name a few, Bibendum Wines has, perhaps, the widest selection available in the city.

To make the selection process easier, Bibendum adopts a point system that professional wine critics use, where they have a simple 100-point rating to score wines. Looking at these ratings which are indicated in Bibendum’s labels is the quickest and most convenient way to determine the quality of wine.

To maintain exemplary quality and ensure optimum storage and holding conditions, Bibendum utilizes refrigerated containers and climate-controlled storage facilities, including Vinocaves. True to all its branches, customers can try the wine prior to purchasing with their enomatic machine, which contains 8 different kinds of wine. The first taste is free, and the succeeding tasting portions are at a minimal amount.

Bibendum Wines also offers delivery service upon request. Visit any of their branches or their website at www.bibendumwines.com for more details.

Bibendum Wines at Streetscape and MLD Building are open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (FREEMAN)
