FLI tops off bldg 5 at One Oasis Cebu

The Freeman

CEBU, Philippines – Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) topped-off last Jan. 15 the fifth mid-rise building at One Oasis Cebu, a resort-inspired master-planned condominium community in midtown Cebu City.

This comes as the construction of the 10-storey building with 209 condominium units has gone five months ahead of schedule, according to Archie M. Igot, FLI project development officer overseeing the project.

“This is very encouraging because the demand for a home at One Oasis Cebu has been overwhelming, especially with all its amenities already completed and now enjoyed by the residents,” he said.

FLI broke grounds for One Oasis Cebu’s fifth building only last July 25. It started pouring concrete by Oct. 10 when it announced to have turned over all the remaining inventories of the project's first four buildings.

The company expects to turn over the units to future homeowners by the last quarter of 2017, or even earlier, Igot said.

Also referred to as Fairways II, the fifth building has scenic views of the Cebu Country Club golf course on the west side and the central amenities in the east.

An Asian-Balinese-inspired community in a 3.7-hectare property in Kasambagan, One Oasis Cebu is planned for 10 mid-rise residential condominiums.

All its amenities that include a resort-designed swimming pool, 2-storey clubhouse with fitness gym, covered basketball court, children's play area, and landscaped open spaces that comprise 60 percent of the whole development have been completed and now being used by the residents. (FREEMAN)
