American BPM arm starts up at Global Hub, now expands

CEBU, Philippines - An American vehicle service contract company based in New Jersey has brought to Cebu its business processing management arm to facilitate the sales and servicing of accounts with its customers at the United States of America.

NCWC Inc. jump-started with an 8-man team that works from the Executive Suites operated by Global Hub Serviced Offices, Inc. at the 12th floor of Keppel Centre at the Cebu Business Park.

As Michael B. Shaftel, president and CEO of the company, came to Cebu to formally sign its lease agreement with Global Hub GM Cedric Tumulak III and operations officer Beverly S. Bertumen, he booked for a space good for 30 personnel who will be hired in the next few days.

Shaftel opted to locate and operate first from Global Hub as he needed to start the operations in Cebu immediately. "The facilities are all set and its I.T. infrastructure is great, ready for us to use right away," he said.

Shaftel said his BPM arm in Cebu will operate at Global Hub until his company will transfer to a permanent place for its full-scale operations.

Tumulak and Bertumen welcomed the entry of NCWC. They said the the ability of Global Hub to help Shaftel's company to jump start upheld their mission to assist business ventures as they start up or while they operate in transition.
