CPE seminar for real estate practitioners

CEBU, Philippines - The Central Cebu Board of Realtors, Inc. (CCBR) will conduct its Continuing Professional Education (CPE) or the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Real Estate Service Practitioners (Salespersons, Brokers and Appraisers ) on January 25 and 26.

This is in compliance with Section 17 and 31 of Republic Act No. 9646 also referred to as the RESA.  This was announced by A. Jun Gultiano, Jr., Founding Chairman of Central Cebu Board of Realtors, Inc.

This CPE is authorized by the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES) and Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) per Accreditation No. 2013-008.

The activity will be held at the Executive Room of Sacred Heart Center, D. Jakosalem St., Cebu City.  Real Estate Service Practitioners are urged to attend the seminar to comply with PRBRES requirements for the PRC Accreditation and Real Estate renewal/issuance of Licenses for Salesperson, Brokers and Appraisers.
