PSE, First Metro to conduct stock market course in Cebu

CEBU, Philippines - Aimed to provide continuing education and to enhance the investment, trading and analytical skills of individuals and investors, the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) and the First Metro Group join hands in organizing the Advanced Stock Market Course in Cebu this month.

The Advanced Stock Market Course will be conducted in key cities in the country kicking off in Metro Manila and Cebu.

The course will be held on January 24 from 5 PM to 9 PM and on January 25 from 8 AM to 5 PM. It will be conducted at the Insular Life Cebu Business Centre located along Mindanao Avenue corner Biliran Road in Cebu Business Park.

It will be divided into three four-hour modules which covers fundamental analysis, technical analysis, and practical portfolio management

It shall be handled by the pool of lecturers from PSE and First Metro who are market practitioners with ample experience in the capital market industry.

For next month’s course, speakers will include First Metro Asset Management, Inc. president Augusto Cosio and First Metro Securities Brokerage Corporation market education consultant Alexander Gilles.

Program fees vary from P14 560 for early bull rate to P16 800 for regular rate. Early registration is from December 12 to January 17.
