Cebu Landmasters breaks ground for Mivesa

CEBU, Philippines - Cebu-based real estate developer Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) will  hold the groundbreaking rites for its latest development, MiVeSa Garden Residences, on September 6.

Named so for its prime location in the Middle of Veterans and Salinas Drive, MiVeSa Garden Residences is a 1.8-hectare master-planned community with integrated open spaces covering 60% of the property.

The complex will be home to seven mid-rise buildings to be built in three phases. Pocket parks, amenities, walkways and jogging paths will be placed throughout the development to encourage neighborhood building, family bonding, and health living. In addition to generous open spaces and meticulous landscaping, MiVeSa will also feature a commercial strip to address the residents daily urban needs.

The first phase of MiVeSa Garden Residences is set to be completed by 2015. (FREEMAN)
