MBM gears up!
As the Mandaue Chamber’s Business Month (MBM 2013) begins its engagements, the first on its move to keep the executive and the business fit in accordance with its theme: ENGAGING CHANGE: Be Fit. Be Connected. Be Ahead., is the Lose to Win program. It is a regiment of fitness activities that is participated in by business organizations. Here, the businessmen who have joined are exposed to rigorous exercises that are aimed to keep the executive fit, and in turn, the business kept in the right direction as they are steered by healthy individuals who are focused and determined to make dynamic changes in their lifestyle and business. This program is run by Mr. Fitness himself, Allan Chuachoy, who has experienced the joy of being in good shape. The activities or this program are undertaken at the Insular Square Mall in Mandaue City. Lose to Win as a Mandaue Chamber event is chaired by Mr. Mark Enoc of San Remegio Properties.
Also on the move are the winning women of the Women in Need Now Entrepreneurs and Rolemodels (WINNERS) Program which recognizes women who have struggled their way to financial success and who have overcome obstacles in life to be role models in their communities.
The WINNERS Program, which is on its third year is a declaration of war against complacency, poverty and limitations. The WINNERS Program involves the businesswomen from Mandaue City’s communities. Chairing this event is a winner herself, Ms.Carmelle de Pio- Salvador of Global Carrier Philippines Inc. The WINNERS program encourages the participating women to be ahead!
To mark the events and look into the untold stories that are captured through the lens of a camera, the Camera Clicks competition is open to photography enthusiasts who catch the different events of the Mandaue Business Month in their lens.
This competition which is open to both professional and amateurs alike is designed to show the deeper meaning of every event. It is made to engage the photographer in a journey of visual interpretation. Registration for this event is open until August 2. Interested parties may call Cyruz Honorides at 2368245 &3433491. This event is chaired by Mr. Clayton Togonon of Classical Geometry.
To keep abreast and be connected, August 16 calls for businessmen to participate in the Business Summit which features outstanding businessmen and their best practices. The Business Summit takes on topics that are geared at showing how successful businessmen and organizations have kept their place of leadership in their organizations and their industry. The Mandaue Chamber Business Summit is chaired by Mr. Stanley Go of Virginia Foods Inc. The event will take place at the Cebu International Convention Center in Mandaue City.
