Nuga Best credits success to the loyalty of Cebuanos

CEBU, Philippines - As it continues to penetrate the health and wellness industry in Cebu, Nuga Best Philippines is overwhelmed with the growing testimonies and positive feedbacks they received from their customers, confirming the loyalty of Cebuanos to the brand.

This is according to Nuga Best branch manager Jae Yeon Jay Joo Alforque who shared that the Korean company has been in Cebu for seven years already.

Although there is not much competition in the industry, she said in an interview that the company manages to stay ahead of the game due to the effectivity of its products.

“Everything is doing good here in Cebu. It is evident to the testimonies we received by the company which means they experience our guarantee of the curable effect from our products,” she stated.

In exchange to the impressive market response, she added that the company has offered a free treatment for 40 minutes for their customers in a first come- first serve basis.

She admitted that their priority of earning profit ranks second to their goal of capturing the loyalty of the market who will eventually help them achieve the former.

Last year, their bestselling product was the tourmanium mat that costs P12,500.

She cited that there are 300 customers who visit the Mandaue branch daily for the free service while 150 customers come in the Tabunok outlet. 

About 70 to 80 percent of their total customers come to their branches to avail for the regular treatments.

The company celebrates its 8th year anniversary in the country this month.

Nuga Best Philippines has 40 branches nationwide of which 2 outlets are found in Cebu. These are located in Subangdaku, Mandaue City and Tabunok, Talisay City where Alforque is currently assigned to.

Alforque further revealed that they are eyeing to open another branch in Cebu IT Park within this year.

She also said that the public could expect more products to be launched from Nuga Best especially this March.

Last week, officials of Nuga Best Cebu formally launched NM - 5000P spinal thermal massage bed that features a personal combination heating and low frequency stimulator which combines acupressure and heating as a spinal rolling massager.

Alforque said that the Korean company conceptualized a product that is suited to work in five different functions at the same time.

She cited that the new massage bed could help in balancing the spine, purifying blood, circulating energy, smoothening the nerves and revitalizing the cells of the user.

She added that it just not improves the health condition of a person but cures various sicknesses such as high blood pressure, kidney problems, high cholesterol level, diabetes and other diseases acquired from bad habits.

She even dubbed the latest product as the “miracle” bed. The NM - 5000P spinal thermal massage bed is already available in the market and is priced at P145,000. /JOB (FREEMAN)
