Consulting group organizes customer service seminars

CEBU, Philippines - To boost the competitiveness and proficiency towards management and customer service among industry players, AGF Consulting Group organizes public seminars for the month of June.

The two-day seminars shall tackle about Driving Customer Service Excellence (DCSE) and Project Management Excellence (PME) to be held at Sacred Heart Center, Cebu City on June 20-21 and June 26-27 from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Enabling the business to survive in a tough and uncertain climate, AGF believes that customer service excellence should be part of one’s priorities since “people skills” play a vital role in the achievement of its personal and organizational successes. 

The first seminar aims to orient the attendees with the skills on professionalism and respect, at the same time, capacitating them on how to enhance their customer relationships and to secure an overall competitive advantage through customer service excellence.

Meanwhile, the second seminar on management excellence intends to broaden the horizons of the participants on project management and practical application of concepts in the day-to-day planning and execution of projects.

It will also discuss the essential aspects of project management such as the development of project scope and schedule and the creation of project management plan and communications plan.

 AGF encourages customer service representatives, technical and support personnel, field service representatives, account managers, credit and billing specialists, and small business owners to participate in DSCE seminar.

On the other hand, PME’s target attendees are those individuals particularly the neophytes in the field, who need to strengthen their project management skill sets and project managers seeking a refresher on fundamental project management knowledge, skills and current tools.
