FLI readies turnover of Amalfi Oasis units

CEBU, Philippines - The first building of the Amalfi Oasis, the first phase of the Citta di Mare project of Filinvest Land Inc. located at the South Road Properties (SRP) Cebu, is already fully completed and unit buyers can anticipate moving into their new homes by June this year.

The Italian-inspired Amalfi Oasis is the first cluster to be developed on the 390,484sqm joint venture properties with the Cebu City Government which is a resort-style mid-rise residential community located in the Citta di Mare.

Tristan Las Marias, FLI First Vice President for Visayas-Mindanao, said that the construction of utility lines for power, water, sewer treatment, and cables for telephone, television and Internet is also in progress and will be made available for use for the first batch of residents mid this year.

“Our teams are meticulously inspecting every detail of the project to certify that the requirements of unit buyers are met,” he said

Amalfi Oasis is a cluster of a five-storey building made up of stylish 1-BR, 2-BR and 3- BR units and is designed to be a low-density habitat with approximately 65% of the property allocated for open spaces and landscaped greens.

“Construction of the second Amalfi Oasis building is also underway. With 100 percent of the structural works completed, it had its topping off in October last year and is now undergoing architectural finishing works,” said Las Marias. “It will be ready for turnover by the last quarter of 2012.”

Just like its namesake - the Costiera Amalfitana in Campania, Italy known with its dramatic cliffs and coastal scenery, Amalfi Oasis interests the tastes of home buyers who indulge in grand vacations and luxury of life delighted by the fresh sea breeze and calming view of the sea.
