CEBU, Philippines - With a number of memorial parks around Cebu already, M. Lhuillier has taken the challenge of investing in yet another one, but being able to find their niche makes it another first in Cebu.
M. Lhuillier Inc. will soon formally launch their first venture in the memorial park business, named Cattleya gardens and Memorial park.
Boasting off its amenities that make it not only a memorial park but a place where families can bond, Cattleya also prides itself of being the first pet memorial park in Cebu.
M. Lhuillier Sales and Marketing Manager Maria Lovena Ordaneza said that unlike the common notion that memorial parks are to be eerie, they have built a haven where people “can experience the beauty of life.”
Cattleya Gardens and Memorial Park will be located in a 5.4 hectare location in Cogon Cordova, Lapu-lapu city.
But Ordaneza said that the area is still expandable and they believe they would need it especially with the tremendous feedback they have gotten since they started pre-selling last week.
They have had over 300 lots sold already out of 12,728 that would be available. For the pet memorial, it would occupy 774 lots.
She said that the pet memorial have gotten rave reviews being a first in Cebu and of the memorial park which is a garden and a park all at the same time.
Cattleya will have a lot of amenities including a meditation area, a cinerarium, a flora and fauna and an Orchidarium, to show off orchids that are one of the passions of the Lhuillier family thus the name of the memorial garden.
Ordaneza said that the memorial has a Class A service but with the Class C price, so everyone would be able to afford it. Plus the park offers a good payment scheme, with no downpayment needed, straight monthly, three years to pay and zero percent interest.
She explained that on their lone lots, it only costs around P75,000 while in other memorial lots cost around P200,000.
Construction for Cattleya would start this month and would be completed by March 2013. (FREEMAN)
