Honda unveils new body repair shop in Mandaue

CEBU, Philippines - To better serve their loyal and increasing number of customers, a new addition highlights the showroom of Honda Cars in Mandaue City, Cebu.

Last January 17, 2012, Honda cars unveiled the new body repair shop in their current Honda Cars showroom in Maguikay, Mandaue City.

Honda Cars Cebu Inc. general sales manager Mitchell Alforque said that only their branch in Nivel Hills have the body repair shop but they saw the need to expand because of the constant increase in volume of customers.

“Our space in Nivel is not enough to serve the current volume for body repair,” shared Alforque.

Honda cars also showed a larger showroom with a customer’s lounge plus a children’s lounge to cater all their visitors.

Together with the unveiling of the expansion was the presentation of Honda City 2012, which will be their banner car for this year.

Alforque said that by next month, they would be introducing the all new Civic and would possibly be presenting soon a new CR-V batch.

Currently, Honda Cars has five models: Civic, City, CR-V, Jazz and Accord.

Alforque said that they are studying other means of expansion to keep up with their pace. They currently have showrooms in five key cities namely: Cebu, Mandaue, Cagayan de Oro, Negros Occidental and Iloilo.

Honda cars, a member of the Ayala group of companies, have seen a great market in the Philippines, particularly in Cebu which has an increasing market of car buyers. (FREEMAN)
